We specialize in authentic handwoven Banarasi sarees, including zari, meenakari, katan silk, georgette, and tissue varieties.
Q2. Are all sarees handloom or machine-made?
Most of our sarees are pure handloom, woven by skilled artisans of Varanasi.
Q3. Do you ship across India?
Yes, we deliver all over India with trusted courier partners.
Q4. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within India. For international orders, please contact us at atstextilesco@gmail.com.
Q5. Can I return or exchange a saree?
Yes, eligible products can be returned within 7 days. Customized, sale, or international orders are non-returnable.
Q6. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details on your registered email or WhatsApp.
Q7. How do I care for my Banarasi saree?
Dry clean only. Store wrapped in muslin cloth to preserve zari and fabric.
Q8. Do you take bulk or bridal orders?
Yes, we offer customized solutions for bridal trousseaus and bulk orders. Please contact us directly.
Q9. Can I get a saree customized?
Yes, we offer limited customization on select sarees. Please call us to discuss your needs.
